Text
Whenever any surplus township fund or funds are paid into the treasury of the road and bridge fund or into another township fund under this Article, any valid and enforceable claim that any individual, firm, or corporation has to any part of the surplus funds paid over shall become and be a valid and enforceable claim against the township.
