Text
Notwithstanding any provision of this Article to the contrary, the corporate authorities of a township may, by ordinance, provide for the collection, transport, disposal, and recycling of brush, wood chips, and leaves within the unincorporated areas of the township without referendum approval. The corporate authorities of the township may use funds authorized under Section 30-117 to provide for the collection, transport, and disposal of brush and leaves.
