As used in this Article, unless the context clearly requires otherwise: "Ashes" means residue from fires used for cooking and for heating buildings. "Garbage" means wastes resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking, and consumption of food and wastes from the handling, storage, and sale of produce. "Recycling" means the transfer of brush, wood chips, or leaves by employees of the township to a facility or place that will utilize the product without charge. "Refuse" means (i) combustible trash, including but not limited to paper, cartons, boxes, barrels, wood, excelsior, tree branches, yard trimmings, wood furniture, and bedding;
