§ 205-60 — Service to area surrounding township

A township availing itself of the provisions of this Article and owning and operating a waterworks system or a combined waterworks and sewerage system under this Article may supply water for public and domestic use in any area surrounding the limits of the township, provided the supplying of the water is merely incidental to the maintenance and operation of its system for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of the township.
