§ 205-115 — Collector

The supervisor, by and with the consent of the township board, shall appoint a collector to collect the charges for the use and service of the system. The collector's duties, term of office, compensation, and bond for faithful performance of his or her duties shall be fixed by ordinance. The collector's compensation shall not be increased during the term of office for which he or she is appointed.
