Additional use of system serving a particular locality; bonds.
(a)A township (i) may construct or acquire a waterworks system or a sewerage system, or a combined waterworks and sewerage system, serving a particular locality or (ii) may extend or improve an existing waterworks system or sewerage system, or combined waterworks and sewerage system, serving a particular locality within the township.
(b)The township may pay the cost of the construction, acquisition, extension, or improvement by the issuance and sale of revenue bonds of the township, payable (i) solely from the revenue derived from the operation of the waterworks system or sewerage system, or the combined waterworks and sewerage system, constructed or acquired for that particular locality or (ii) solely from the revenue to be
