Text

A township availing itself of the provisions of this Article may, as a proper use of highways, construct, maintain, alter, repair, and extend its pipes, mains, ditches, conduits, sewers, and drains along, upon, under, and across any highways, streets, alleys, or public grounds in the township, but so as not to permanently inconvenience the public use of those highways, streets, alleys, or public grounds.
