§ 5-44055 — Litigation

All suits pending in any court on behalf of or against a unit dissolved pursuant to this Division may be prosecuted or defended in the name of the county by the State's attorney. All judgments obtained for a unit dissolved pursuant to this Division shall be collected and enforced by the county for its benefit.
