§ 5-10002 — Issuance of license
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 55 COUNTIES·Act 55 ILCS 5/ Counties Code.·Art. Article 5 - Powers And Duties Of County Boards
Power is hereby granted to the county boards of the several counties of the State to issue the license provided for in this Division, and to revoke the same for the causes herein provided. The license shall expire at the end of one year from the date it is issued. Old licenses may be renewed for the period of one year on application being made therefor to the county board.
