§ 5-37010 — Audit of accounts

The accounts and records of financial transactions of the hospitals, facilities and programs managed pursuant to this Division shall be subject to audit by the County Auditor of Cook County and by the Auditor General of the State of Illinois and the Board of Commissioners shall in addition authorize at least annually an official or certified audit.
