Text
The Board of Commissioners shall submit to the General Assembly on or before May 1, 1980 a plan by which the facilities and programs under this Division can be operated in a fiscally responsible manner. The plan shall consider both short-term and long-term expenditures necessary for operations and capital developments. In addition the plan shall contain an assessment of the level of health care which the facilities and programs are able to deliver and an estimate of any additional revenues the Board might deem necessary to provide continuous, quality health care for the residents of Cook County.
