§ 5-32030 — Notice by collector

The collector, or some person designated by him and under his direction, receiving such a warrant shall give notice thereof within 10 days by publishing a notice once each week for 2 successive weeks in one or more newspapers published in the county or if no newspaper is published therein then in one or more newspapers with a general circulation in the county.
