§ 5-32014 — Special assessment notice

The Committee in addition to the notice in this Division provided for shall publish a notice at least twice not more than 30 days nor less than 15 days in advance of the time at which the confirmation of the specified assessment is to be sought, in one or more newspapers published in the county or if no newspaper is published therein then in one or more newspapers with a general circulation in the county. The notice shall be over the name of the levying officer and shall be substantially as follows: "SPECIAL ASSESSMENT NOTICE Notice is hereby given to all persons interested that the County of .... has order that (herein insert a brief description of the nature of the improvement), the ordinance for the improvement being on file in the office of the County Clerk, having applied to the Circu
