§ 5-30022 — Appeals

The final denial of a certificate of appropriateness or a certificate of economic hardship by a preservation commission is an administrative decision as defined in Section 3-101 of the Administrative Review Law, and it shall be subject to judicial review pursuant to provisions of said Administrative Review Law and all amendments and modifications thereof, and the rules adopted thereto.
