§ 5-29009 — Binding and effective as adopted by the county board

Where ordinances or regulations are intentionally or inadvertently omitted from the county code, such ordinances and regulations shall still be binding and effective as adopted by the county board. However, when ordinances and regulations are included in the county code, provisions of the county code shall be binding and effective.
