Text

Whenever the county board determines that it is necessary to issue bonds to enable it to provide buildings for or to make permanent improvements in the community health facilities, the county board shall so instruct the county clerk. Thereupon, such clerk shall certify such determination to the proper election officials, who shall submit the proposition at an election in accordance with the general election law.
