§ 5-25011 — Disposition of taxes collected

The entire amount collected from taxes levied under this Division on property subject to the general corporate tax of any city, village or incorporated town or combination thereof or public health district which maintains its own local health department as provided in this Division, less the amount allowed for collecting the same, shall be paid over by the county treasurer to the treasurer of the public health district, city, village or incorporated town to be used for the maintenance of its local health department.
