§ 5-24011 — Termination of payments

Whenever a court, which has authorized relief under the provisions of this Division, is of the opinion that any recipient of such relief is cured, no longer in need of treatment, or that further treatments cannot benefit him or for any other reason the court may order that such recipient shall no longer receive payments under the provisions hereof.
