§ 5-23024 — When referendum unnecessary

It shall not be necessary for the County Board to submit to the legal voters of such county the question of issuing such bonds where the final maturity thereof is not beyond the maturity limitation heretofore mentioned in Section 5-23023, and said County Board shall be authorized to issue such bonds without complying with the provisions of Section 5-23023 by adopting a resolution as provided by Section 5-23026.
