§ 5-23020 — Discontinuance of tax

In accordance with the general election law, any county which has adopted the provisions of this Division may discontinue it by a referendum initiated by a petition signed by not less than 5% of the registered voters in each of at least 2/3 of the townships or road districts within the county.
