§ 5-21013 — Records pertaining to patients

The governing County Board or Boards shall keep or cause to be kept accurate records relating to the identification, residence, dates of admission and discharge, and medical history of all patients in the home, and such further records as are deemed necessary for the efficient administration of the home.
