§ 5-12016 — Cooperation with other counties and municipal corporations

In the exercise of powers conferred by this Division the county board of any county shall have authority to cooperate with other counties, with cities, villages or other municipal corporations either within or without such county, and with municipal or state authorities, and to appoint such committee or committees as it may think proper to effect such cooperation.
