§ 5-1088 — Grants to Community Action Agencies

A county board may make grants to Community Action Agencies which serve residents within the county from funds received by the county pursuant to the "State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972". Community Action Agencies are defined as in Part A of Title II of the Federal Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, as amended.
