§ 5-1086 — Clinic for alcoholics and substance abusers

A county board may cause to be erected, or otherwise provided and maintained, all suitable buildings for a clinic for the medical care, treatment and rehabilitation of all persons suffering from alcoholism and substance abuse who may be admitted to the clinic by, or under the direction of the board, and to provide for the maintenance and management of same.
