§ 2-5022 — Administering oaths

The county executive, or designee, may administer an oath to any person concerning any matter submitted to the board, or connected with its powers and duties, and a member of the board may administer the oath required by law to a claimant presenting a claim against the county to be passed by the board. A member so administering an oath to a claimant may not charge a fee for administering the oath.
