Text
The chairman of the board may administer an oath to any person concerning any matters submitted to the board, or connected with its powers and duties, and any member of the board may administer the oath required by law to any claimant presenting a claim against the county to be passed by the board. A member so administering an oath to a claimant may not charge a fee therefor.
