§ 105-65 — Accessory to violation; accountability

(a)Any person who aids in or contributes in any way to a violation of this Act, including administrative rules, is individually liable, as a separate offense under this Act, for the penalties imposed against the person who committed the violation.
(b)Accountability for any person who aids or contributes in any way to a misdemeanor or felony violation of this Act shall be determined according to the provisions of Section 5-2 of the Criminal Code of 2012.
