Text

All prosecutions shall be brought in the name and by the authority of the People of the State of Illinois before the circuit court for the county where the offense was committed. All State's Attorneys shall enforce the provisions of this Act, including administrative rules, in his or her respective county and shall prosecute all persons charged with violating its provisions when requested by the Department.
