Text

All leases of land containing petroleum made or issued under the provisions of this Act, shall be subject to, and contain a condition that no well or wells shall be drilled within three hundred and thirty (330) feet of any of the outer boundaries of said lands so held under permit or lease, unless the right to petroleum in adjoining lands are vested in private ownership: Provided, that this section shall not apply to shore lands, river beds, lake beds, and submerged lands.
