The reference bureau shall prepare bills for introduction to revise the existing statutory law to conform the statutes to any reorganization of the executive branch taking effect pursuant to executive order of the Governor under Article V, Section 11 of the Constitution and the Executive Reorganization Implementation Act. Such bills shall be prepared for introduction in the annual session of the General Assembly next occurring after a reorganization takes effect.
