Text

Upon submission of a sequestration facility permit application, and in addition to any other fees required by law, the sequestration operator shall remit to the Agency an initial, one-time permit application fee of $60,000. One-third of each sequestration facility permit application fee shall be deposited into the Water Resources Fund, the Emergency Planning and Training Fund, and the Carbon Dioxide Sequestration Administrative Fund.
