Text
Except to the extent required by federal law, generators and transporters of hazardous waste and facilities accepting hazardous waste are not required to submit copies of hazardous waste manifests to the Agency. Nothing in this Section precludes the Agency from collecting fees under subsection (g) of Section 22.8 of this Act.
