Text
All tax liens and certificates forfeited to the county at the sale shall be noted on the Tax Judgment, Sale, Redemption and Forfeiture Record. In counties with less than 3,000,000 inhabitants, a list of all property charged with delinquent special assessments and forfeited to the county at the sale shall be returned to the collector of the levying municipality.
