Text
Tax books or lists shall not be placed in the hands of the county collector until the bond has been approved and recorded as required by Section 19-45. Nothing in this Section shall be construed as relieving the securities of a collector from liabilities incurred under a bond not approved and recorded as required by Section 19-45.
