Text
A person who is aggrieved by a violation of this Act shall have a right of action in circuit court to enforce the provisions of this Act and in doing so may recover attorney's fees and costs. The remedy and rights provided under this Act are in addition to and do not preclude any remedy for wrongful conversion otherwise available under law to the person claiming relief under this Act, including any award for consequential or punitive damages.
