Text
The lessee on a lease described in Section 5-10 may, at the lessee's option, terminate the lease at any time after (i) the lessee's entry into military service or (ii) the date of the lessee's military orders described in subdivision (2) of Section 5-10, as the case may be. If the lessee on a lease described in Section 5-10 is killed in action or while on active duty, then the immediate family or dependents of the lessee may terminate the lease.
