§ 1-15 — Definitions
As used in this Act, unless the context otherwise requires: "Department" means the Department of Early Childhood. "Secretary" means the Secretary of Early Childhood. "Transferring agency" means the Department of Human Services, Department of Children and Family Services, and the State Board of Education.
