§ 1-9 — Misrepresentation of residence

A person who has been convicted in federal or State court of having made a fraudulent statement or representation with respect to residence in order to receive assistance simultaneously from 2 or more states shall be ineligible for cash assistance under this Code for 10 years beginning on the date of conviction.
