Text
The Secretary of the Department of Human Services and the Director of the Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall make information available, except where prohibited by federal law or regulation, to the State Board of Elections as may be required by an agreement the State Board of Elections has entered into with a multi-state voter registration list maintenance system.
