§ 8A-25 — Historic items
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 25 LEGISLATURE·Act 25 ILCS 130/ Legislative Commission Reorganization Act of 1984.·Art. Article 8A -
In addition to any property control activities required by law, the Architect of the Capitol shall maintain an inventory and registry of all historic items in the legislative complex. The Architect may purchase or accept donations of historic items for use or display in the legislative complex.
