§ 3-1

Illinois·Topic REGULATION·Ch. 235 LIQUOR·Act 235 ILCS 5/ Liquor Control Act of 1934.·Art. Article III - State Control Commission
There is hereby created an Illinois Liquor Control Commission consisting of 7 members to be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate, no more than 4 of whom shall be members of the same political party. The Executive Director of the Illinois Liquor Control Commission shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate.
