Text
All permanent casinos, riverboats, and organization gaming facilities shall consist of buildings that are certified as meeting the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards. The provisions of this Section apply to a holder of an owners license or organization gaming license that (i) begins operations on or after January 1, 2019 or (ii) relocates its facilities on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly.
