(a)The Office of the Governor shall establish a working group regarding the activities under this Act, with the following goals:
(1)to evaluate and monitor the success of health care waivers under Section 40 in creating job opportunity for people with criminal records; and (2) to identify and recommend changes to the waiver application and implementation process to reduce barriers for applicants or employees. In order to ensure that the working group is fully informed, the Department of Public Health and the Governor's Office shall provide the working group with any relevant aggregate data currently available that is related to the waiver process and its effectiveness. The working group shall identify any gaps in information currently collected that would inform the working group's effor
