(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 40-50. Statute of limitations. No action may be taken under this Act against a person or entity licensed under this Act unless the action is commenced within 5 years after the occurrence of the alleged violations. A continuing violation shall be deemed to have occurred on the date when the circumstances last existed that give rise to the alleged violation.
