(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 13-802.1. Depreciation; examination and audit; agreement conditions; federal Telecommunications Act of 1996.
(a)In performing any cost analysis authorized pursuant to this Act, the Commission may ascertain and determine and by order fix the proper and adequate rate of depreciation of the property for a telecommunications carrier for the purpose of such cost analysis.
(b)The Commission may provide for the examination and audit of all accounts. Items subject to the Commission's regulatory requirements shall be so allocated in the manner prescribed by the Commission. The officers and employees of the Commission shall have the authority under the direction of the Commission to inspect and examine any and all books, accounts, papers,
