(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 13-208. "Market Service Area (MSA)" means a geographical area consisting of one or more exchanges, defined by the Commission for the administration of tariffs, services and other regulatory obligations. The term Market Service Area includes those areas previously designated by the Commission.
