(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 13-235. Interconnected voice over Internet protocol provider. "Interconnected voice over Internet protocol provider" or "Interconnected VoIP provider" means and includes every corporation, company, association, joint stock company or association, firm, partnership, or individual, their lessees, trustees, or receivers appointed by any court whatsoever that owns, controls, operates, manages, or provides within this State, directly or indirectly, Interconnected voice over Internet protocol service.
