Group professional liability insurance authorized.) Any insurance company authorized to write group professional liability insurance in this State shall have power to issue group professional liability policies. No policy of group professional liability insurance may be issued or delivered in this State unless a copy of the form thereof shall have been filed with the Director of Insurance and approved by it and it contains in substance the provisions required by Sections 393c through 393f of this Article.
