Group professional liability insurance defined.) Group professional liability insurance is declared to be that form of liability insurance covering not less than 10 employees of any public school district, nonprofit organization or other organization operating an elementary or secondary school, including, but not limited to, nursery and kindergarten programs, or of any public, nonprofit or other institution of higher education for all sums for which such employees may become liable for rendering, failing to render, or as a consequence of rendering or failing to render professional services in such employment.
