Text
A group or individual policy of accident and health insurance amended, delivered, issued, or renewed after January 1, 2020 (the effective date of Public Act 101-218) shall provide coverage for cardiopulmonary monitors determined to be medically necessary for a person 18 years old or younger who has had a cardiopulmonary event.
